SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY TIME

Purchases made are usually delivered to the recipient within 24/48 working hours of placing the order .
This value represents the sum of the preparation time for your package in our warehouse (which generally takes place within 1 working day) and the actual shipping time operated by our courier (24 working hours in most Italian locations).
Deliveries are made on "working days" which we obviously mean from Monday to Friday, excluding Italian national holidays. In exceptional cases the shipment may be delayed due to force majeure (for example atmospheric events, strikes, etc.).

DELIVERY COSTS

For all orders greater than or equal to € 50.00, shipping is always free.
For orders of less than €50.00, the shipping cost of €6.00 ​​will be charged.
For Venice and the smaller islands the shipping cost is €12.00. Free shipping will not be calculated for these areas.
